At Sungrubbies returns are easy! Use our return label to postmark your return within 10 days of the delivery date, and we'll cover the cost of your return shipping!
All items will be inspected and must be in their original condition with tags attached, no stains or signs of wear, and in the packaging or similar packaging as they were delivered (please do not stuff our hats in smaller packages or destroy them, all damaged merchandise will not be accepted).
Returns made between 11-30 days after receipt will still be able to download a return label but will be deducted a return shipping cost of $6.95 from their return value. No returns are accepted under any circumstances after 30 days of receipt. Please note if you paid for any shipping (i.e. Express, Expedited, etc), that all shipping charges are not refundable, only product purchased costs are.
To access the Return Center, please find the email with the subject "A shipment from order #9999 is out for delivery" and click on "track my shipment / return center" blue button. Please see image below for a reference
Once you arrive to the tracking /return page, you will then click on a “Return Items” button and follow the steps. For your security, the original email address used to place the order will need to be validated. Then, a PDF download link will present itself for you to download a prepaid return label. Again, if this is after the 10 days of receipt of your order then all return shipping costs will be deducted from your order.

Refunds typically take anywhere from 7-10 business days to process. A separate email confirmation will be issued as soon as a return and refund are complete
