Thinkbaby and Thinksport sunscreen are sold in a 3oz and a 6oz tube that is manufactured to an environmentally friendly packaging that does not contain BPA, vinyl, or phthalates. All Sunscreens do come with expiration dates. The idea of Thinkbaby and Thinksport is having to provide a safe products for children and adults using "Safe" ingredients which many other companies lack.

Thinkbaby and Thinksport sunscreens are classified as water resistant (80 minutes), which is the highest rating as proposed by the FDA's 2012 Monograph. It will maintain its SPF after 80 minutes of water immersion. The Environmental Working Group and the FDA recommend reapplying sunscreen every two hours.
Thinkbaby and Thinksport sunscreens are perfect for daily use and for anyone spending time in the sun, including pregnant women, children over 6 months and for anyone with sensitive skin. Please note that use of sunscreen on children younger than 6 months of age requires a doctor's prescription. This is true for ALL brands.
Most orders are shipped out within 24 business hours from our warehouse in Kentucky. However, we have been experiencing up-normal shipping delays lately due to many reasons related to COVID which caused shortage in available resources at the fulfillment center. Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations as most orders are sent for processing immediately. Thus, if you have entered an incorrect shipping address or ordered the wrong product, we don't cushion in a "processing" time to absorb such errors due to us wanting customers to receive their items as soon as possible.

We find that most of our customers receive their purchases within 3-5 business days of processing.
If you have elected 2-Day shipping at checkout, we will ship out your order within 24 hours for you to receive within 2 business days of us processing (depending on where in the US you live since our warehouse is in Kentucky).
Please note if there is an unexpected delay we will contact you. Feel free to email us if you have questions about your specific order or need it by a certain day so we can best accommodate you.
Also, in very rare cases, 1% of the time, we get customers that email us stating they have not received their order after it has been posted as "Delivered" by USPS. In most of these cases, the postal courier has placed the package inside the mailbox (rather than the front door) as many of our packages are in mailers and not boxes. If you have not received your package and it has been posted as delivered in tracking, please check your mailbox first, then contact USPS as only they can connect you with the courier that delivered or marked delivered the package. Unfortunately, we have no control of USPS or the package once it leaves us so if it has been marked as delivered we must take USPS's word that it has been. If you contact them we have never had an unresolved issue of it still being missing.
International Orders are welcomed with no order minimum with a $29 shipping charge. International shipping can take anywhere from 15-45 business days to receive. If there are any delays in the processing of your order, we will notify you promptly.

If your country does not show as an option during shipping, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will see if we can accommodate shipping to your destination. Not all destinations can be shipped to.
Lastly, please note that you will be responsible for any customs/VAT/duties, if applicable, at the time of delivery. In many cases, if a consumer refuses to pay the taxes associated with the transaction it gets rejected and sent back to us. We would not refund the shipping charges we incurred if a package is rejected for nonpayment of duties/taxes owed.
Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item can NOT be paid to the United States Postal Service® when the item is mailed. The recipient of the mailpiece is the only one who can pay the customs fees.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws (this fee is also collected in the United States on inbound international items). Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Check the World Customs Organization website for general information, or visit the website of that country's customs service.
It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service™, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.
