Sunscreen Tips ....

  1. After a baby is 6 months old, you can start using sunscreen.
  2. To reach advertised SPF factor you need:
    (in teaspoons)
    		 Child Adult
    *face and neck.......

  3. Apply 30 minutes before going outdoors and reapply frequently especially if swimming or sweating.
  4. Don't forget the ears, tops of the feet, and back of the neck and hands.
